Client: Community Economic Development of Michigan (CEDAM)
Goal
Design an updated identity to best convey all what the organization represents. Develop a cohesive, strong presence to reflect clients vision of how they want to be perceived. Build recognition and establish a feeling of reliability, competence, value, and trust.
Process
We began by creating a continuity of art and graphics. Originally marketing pieces were designed and printed in 2 color. Over time as revenues increased, the marketing pieces were designed in full color graphics. Many marketing pieces were developed such as annual reports, newsletters, membership documents, directories, conference collateral material and signage. A website was developed and launched which allowed for the public to learn more about all the CEDAM affiliates as well. Template documents designed for client ease of having control of printing their own awards, correspondence, etc. Power Point files, special event material, email marketing...the list is extensive.
Results
The rebranding of CEDAM began in 2001. We continued to work together until 2011. CEDAM had grown from small humble beginnings with less than a handful of staff to a widely recognized and influential organization which now has numerous staff members. It became clear that the organization had grown so much it was decided that CEDAM would benefit from an in house staff designer.
Looking forward
